A few questions and frequently asked questions from our experience working with schools and families.
What is provided in the cost of the party?
All your science supplies and materials are included. However, we do NOT cover cake, food, decor or goody bags.
Do you provide food?
We do NOT provide food for parties or events.
What time do you need in advance to book a party
We require at least 2 weeks notice to schedule a party or program. Our calendar fills up fast and most availability is afforded on a first-come first- serve basis.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
We require non-refundable $100 deposit to schedule a party of event.
Our winter weather policy
In the event of severe winter storm. We give priority on safety of your guests and host during inclement weather. You can reschedule an event or party pending availability for both STEM Kids and the host.
What spAce do you need to set up?
Our average birthday parties have 20 guests. We set up for 3 separate experiments for each party guest. Any space that can accommodate 8 ft table is sufficient.
Do you provide goody bags?
We do not provide goody bag but some experiments are take-home projects/experiments.
Do have a LOCATION?
We do not have a location. We bring the mobile popup to your venue.
wHAT is your CANCELlation policy?
We require 48 hour notice to cancel an event.
